We have eaten here several times over the years. This year's vacation trip was a much better experience. Food was excellent and staff very friendly. We've had bad service and food there before. We were told it had improved so we went again. It really was excellent. Our fries and onion rings were cold and our server immediately replaced them. Clam Chowder is amazing! Sandwiches were all good.

Our family went to dinner here on a Monday night. Our table was one of four in use, there were was inside & outside seating. The restaurant is located on the side of the bottom floor of the Holiday Inn Vacation Resort. There is free parking. We were promptly seated by a friendly hostess & our waitress was attentive & friendly. Nice restaurant atmosphere, clean big tables. Our family had burgers that were ok, large but just ok served with good fries. I had mango mahi mahi which was a little dry served with mashed potatoes & salty sautéed sliced vegetables. They had chips and salsa which they charge for but just ok chips and salsa. Food was just ok, nothing special.

Very friendly staff. Husband ordered a ribeye and it was full of gristle and the toughest steak he's ever eaten. I ordered blackened chicken Alfredo. The chicken was good but the Alfredo was so full of sauce it was like gravy! Definitely not impressed and not worth the money.

We were given a $75 gift certificate and used it with our family of four. We all got fish dinners that we were very happy with. I had a the surf grill salad with mahi mahi on top - it was excellent. My husband had the seafood chowder to start which he loved and then had the fresh catch meal which he also enjoyed. My older son had the chipolte fish tacos which he liked very much and my younger son had the fresh fish sandwich and he also liked. I had tow glasses of white wine and my husband and son each had an angry orchard to drink. Our bill came to $76.01. Our server was friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our dinner.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
